Regents is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the redevelopment of Trocoll House in Barking. This project will transform the existing large car park and 1960s office building into 198 much-needed homes alongside new commercial space, all in a location with excellent public transport connections. Regents commenced works on site at Shredded Wheat Phase 1 at Broadwater Road, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 3BQ for Higgins Partnerships.
The £44m Hertfordshire scheme for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing will comprise 52 shared ownership properties, 106 for affordable rent and 50 homes exclusively for the over 55s.

Regents commenced works on site January 2022 at Woodward Road, Dagenham, RM9 4SJ for Mulalley.
A design and build development for Be First providing a total of 56 new affordable homes. These comprise of three blocks of apartments and 13 mews houses together with the construction of a new commercial space and minor alterations to an existing listed library.

Project Win Announcement
Regents commenced works on June 2022 site at Monument Way, London Borough of Haringey, N17 9JL for Mulalley.
Situated along Fairbanks Road in Tottenham, Monument Way is being built on a former local authority brownfield site on the edge of an existing estate. Newlon are providing 54 Affordable Rent homes, with the provision of new landscaping.
